Black Garlic Co. was built by three people deeply rooted in the food and drink industry who discovered something so ridiculously tasty, we couldn’t keep it to ourselves. With over 20 years of combined hospitality experience, we’ve spent years around great kitchens, bold flavours, and people who truly love food. Black garlic instantly stood out to us — sweet, rich, savoury, and unlike anything most people have tried before. It’s a little mysterious at first, but that’s what we love about it. Our goal is to make black garlic feel exciting, approachable,
